We all get into a rut with our day-to-day routine, but it’s important to remember that having fun is an important part of life too. Especially when it comes to staying on track and reaching our goals. Our guest today, Sarah Rose Bernhardt does just that! Known as a the ‘Chief Mischief Maker’ at the world wide dance party production Daybreaker, and founder of Sarah Rose Bernhardt, Mischief Mentoring her mission is to find joy in life, and show others how to do the same. Whether it’s running a dance party, teaching a fitness class, or a coaching session she’s passionate about finding what moves you and drives you to be happy.
With a background in philosophy, yoga, dance, and fitness her unique mentoring approach is encouraging her clients to be in the drivers seat of life choices, and she’s the super fun passenger guiding you! You don’t have to be facing a major life crisis or change to need coaching. Sarah helps her clients achieve their goals by holding them accountable, and uncover their core values and authentic self – while having a ton of fun along the way.
From a very young age, Sarah turned her Birthday parties into full on themed Broadway productions. Attending the University Of Washington, majoring in dance and philosophy, she took her love of performing, and dance and joined the Seattle Daybreaker production as chief mischief maker. Daybreaker is a global, early morning dance movement in over 25 cities all around the world and growing. They start with a one hour yoga + fitness experience and then dance with reckless abandon for two hours – all before work.
Each month the venue, and theme changes, and draws in crowds as large as 3,000 guests at time. From 6:00 – 9:00 am (yes, AM) you can live the thrill of the night club life – sans the night club headaches the next morning! Alcohol and drug free it’s open to all ages, and kid friendly. This month, in Seattle, October 16th you can Boogie Down to their Zombie themed, 70’s Disco party at Melrose Market Studio’s. For more information or to purchase tickets, you can visit their tickets page. For upcoming Daybreaker events follow them on Facebook.
Sarah is a busy gal! When she isn’t dancing the morning away, or mentoring a client you can attend one of her Barre 3 fitness classes at Mind and Body in Kirkland.
