September is such a beautiful time of year here in the Pacific Northwest. We shift into fall and the weather is still beautiful with cool, crisp mornings and warmer days.
One of my favorite places, which only gets better in September, is Remlinger Farms. They have fantastic fruit that has been harvested and is available in their market, the pumpkin patch is growing by the minute and, if you have little kids, they have the best fall festival and rides of all time. They actually have a mini amusement park there with rides all geared to kids ages 8 and under. For parents, it is wonderful because your kids can participate in everything there and they have all sorts of special activities in September and October. It’s a perfect place to spend an afternoon this time of year and enjoy the country while not being too far away.
