September means back to school and routines along with hitting the reset button on healthy lifestyle habits. My guest Hadlee Garrison, with Happy Healthy Hadlee is the perfect person to help you do just that. Hadlee is a health and lifestyle coach who helps people feel better in their bodies, have more energy on a day-today basis, and become more confident in themselves. Tapping into what’s holding them back from their health goals they are setting, and getting them in touch with their body intuition.
I typically eat on the healthy side, but some days – I just want chocolate cake for dinner! We often all feel this way and find ourselves overwhelmed, overworked, and out of time and at the end of the day, and don’t want to make any more decisions. Through group settings with like-minded people looking to maintain the same healthy routine, she helps you create sustainable, incremental change that over time will have massive improvements in your life.
Hadlee has always had a passion for eating healthy, and being active – but has certainly experienced her own struggles to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Earning a B.S. in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and an M.P.H. in Health Behavior and Health Education, she took her passion for healthy living to helping others. She found other people she talked to often knew what they ‘needed’ to do, but just couldn’t find the motivation, or maintain the day to day routine.
Getting certified as health coach, she knew she was on the right path – helping others find happiness transform their habits and thus transform their lives. Her online program, called Happy Healthy Habits (HHH), combines the concepts of behavioral science, habits for optimal health, and group dynamics to help her clients make lasting, influential changes in their lives.
