All I can say after today’s show is, I can’t wait to go out to dinner!

Julie and I chatted about some of her favorite places. Deru and Little Brother in Kirkland do a fantastic job with their farm to table menu. And don’t miss the cakes at Deru. I just ordered one for my Dad’s birthday, and I don’t know what I’m most excited about, the cake – or his birthday!
Peony in Bellevue and the Lakehouse are two spots that we both love. It’s been great to watch Bellevue grow and bring in more restaurants.
Wine is Julie’s true passion, though. Between the tasting rooms in Woodinville and Walla Walla, you couldn’t ask for a better place to be. The Inn at Abeja, in Walla Walla is on my list of places to stay. Julie was just there and said they have the best breakfast ever. I’m looking forward to scheduling a research mission of my own.
Here’s the link to the Wine picnic in August. I went last year, and had a great time. Looking forward to going again this year.
And last, but not least, we couldn’t do it without Chapman at Via Lago. She keeps us styled and ready for all of our events.
