Trellis (at The Heathman Hotel Kirkland) is an amazing farm-to-table experience with incredible wines. Their salads are always very creative and Gary is a fan of the tagliatelle with prawns and sausage.
It’s also that perfect balance of a nicer restaurant, yet one that we always feel comfortable in and that seems to fit every occasion. Gary and I have gone on date night, met friends for dinner and even taken the boys for a family dinner. Each time, we always have an amazing experience.
We recently celebrated our anniversary at Trellis and took the boys with us. It helps that they are comfortable with changing up the pace of everything. Alex and Ryan were eating dessert when we got our entrees but it kept everyone happy. No matter what your age, the chocolate and peanut butter cookies with chocolate dipping sauce are nearly impossible to beat.
